Talent LogistiX is seeking Assembly/Upholsterer to join our team for long term employment. We offer on the job training so no prior experience is necessary. We offer long term employment solutions + benefits (health insurance, dental, vision) + retirement
There are three key areas in upholstery1) Assembly - Line where team members upholster bus seat back frames.
2) Marry-up - assembly joins the seat back and base frames together.
3) Upholstering - combines the foam and seat covers (vinyl) onto the frames.

HOURS: Monday-Friday 6: 00am-3: 30pm (overtime as needed)

LOCATION: High Point, NC
PAY RATE: $13.50/hr
RESPONSABILITIES:
Following all work instructions
Inserting seat belts onto seat bases
Assembling bus seats
Combining foam and seat covers (vinyl) on frames of bus seats
Assembling frames together, back frame onto the base frame
Stapling seat covers (vinyl) onto the bus seat for deliver

Job Requirements

Michael joined the TLX Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter in March 2023. Prior to joining TLX, he has held a plethora of roles within Recruiting and Talent Acquisition across the Midwest including Chicago, Illinois and Louisville, Kentucky.

Michael is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington and a former athlete. Currently, he is an avid football and basketball fan. In his spare time he is a DJ and enjoys photography and most importantly sneakers.

Michael is the proud father of his 6-year-old daughter Addison, and serves as a mentor for young people in Greater Indianapolis.
