This employer is seeking an EXPERIENCED Aluminum MIG Welder/Fabricator in Indianapolis, IN to join our winning team. We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay and a full benefits package for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-3: 30pm, some weekend workLOCATION: Indianapolis, IN PAY RATE: $20/hr (depending on experience)
EXPERIENCE:
Summary of PositionThe Aluminum MIG Welder/Fabricator is responsible for MIG welding aluminum and steel trucking components and parts.
Job Type: Full-timeRequired experience:*Aluminum MIG Welding: 1 year
*Reading Tape Measure: 3 years
*Reading Blueprints: 3 years

Job Requirements

*Must be at least 18 years old *Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and must be able to repeatedly twist/bend/kneel/climb/pull/reach/stretch/feel. *Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly *Must be able to read 8ths and 16ths on a tape measure (candidates will be tested) *Must be able to pass an aluminum MIG welding test Background Requirements: Must not have violence, theft, or drug dealing charges for the last 5-7 years. All candidates must pass a pre-employment background check.Reliable Transportation: Must have ability to work a flexible shift, and have ability to adjust to changes in schedule. Jena Toney joined TalentLogisticX in November 2021 as a recruiter. Before becoming a full-time recruiter, she was an HR manager for an RV company, which helps with recruiting on the manufacturing side of TLX accounts. 

Jena, originally from Goshen IN, made her way to Indianapolis in 2009 when she attended college at the University of Indianapolis. She graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. 

Jena is a mother of one boy- Kamdyn and a dog- Simba. They enjoy being outside and going for walks. Jena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Kamdyn play all the sports, BBQs, and all the lake and pool days. 

The way to Jena’s heart is all things wine/champagne, Mexican food, and queso!
