Job Details:
Schedule: Monday– Friday, 8: 00am-5: 00pm
Salary: $21.00/hr-$23.00/hr
Required experience: 3PL claims experience
Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain electronic paperwork and documentation
Identify and prioritize different types of billing documents
Assist with the billing process and ensure accuracy in all transactions
Match invoices with data in management systems and resolve discrepancies
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment
Perform other related duties as assigned
Billing Specialist Qualifications:
3-5 years of billing experience (logistics experience preferred)
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Excellent communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
