The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to generate new business focused sales from the multi-residential, public facilities and commercial verticals and business segments. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for providing business and solution support to channel partners and end users along with supporting our branding and product awareness within target US market areas and segments. The position is located in New York area.
Role and tasks will include
*The primary function of the Sales Manager is to prospect for new customers by networking, drawing on existing contacts and relationships, cold calling, site visits or other means of generating interest along with be responsibility for maintaining, growing, nurturing and developing existing key accounts.

*The candidate's responsibility is to create market pull by actively meeting and consulting potential end customers about the benefits of technology and solution vs mechanical access systems and to identify new business opportunities. This is critical to be successful in the role.

*Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers to do business with us.

*Develop sales with new customers, set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve customer relations and satisfaction.

*Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new products, solutions and services to clients by working with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.

*Introduce controlled sales growth by strategic planning and target KPI's.

*The sales team ultimate aim is to create US market pull for products, supports and trains the channel partners and designers and also helps the end customers by defining their needs and offering suitable solutions from the product offering.

*The successful Candidate will also actively develop partner network in the area and take care of area sales and support of the end customers.

*The successful Candidate will proactively participate in the marketing of the products and solutions by promoting the company actively on relevant business fairs, events and social media along with demonstrating a high level of commercial acumen with competitor activity and the development of competing products.

*Opening new doors, negotiating with prospect customers and executing plans to meet growth goals and plans appropriately

*Establishing strong and healthy relationships with different customers

*Accountability for the achievement of sales targets

*Determining and managing the prioritization of customer activities

*Giving input and recommendations to current/future market needs of products, solutions and services

*Monitoring and measuring the customer satisfaction

*Reporting to VP / Head of Sales

Compensation structure:
*Base salary 125, 000
*Bonus:*1 x monthly salary tied to US hitting sales targets
*1 x monthly salary tied to US hitting critical infrastructure sales targets.
*1 x monthly salary tied to CRM pipeline*Meetings: 240 per year, 20 per month, 5 per week
*Created opportunities 48 per year (20% hit rate)
*3 pcs critical infrastructure webinars held in 2023 (telecom, energy, logistics)

*Commission:

*For all sales until 500k$, will receive a 2% commission
*For all sales above 500k$, will receive 5% commission
*Commissions will only be paid for revenue which is delivered and recognized in 2023

Job Requirements

Your background The successful candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional that is digitally and technically minded with at least 5 years professional sales experience, of which at least 3 years should be ideally working within a B2B sales role within a similar products and business sector Or other relevant experience in b-to-b sales work, preferably solution sales Advantage to have experience and connections with primarily targeted customer segments and verticals; multi-residential & student housing, schools and public facilities, hospitals, offices, utility providers and property services. New business building and market pull creation by actively meeting and consulting potential end customers Technical skills that enable the candidate to understand the locking industry or access control industry. Bachelor, engineering or similar vocational/technical school degree with equivalent technical background combined with a stable job history that demonstrates a solid track record of performance Experience from the targeted customer segments is a plus Ability to multi-task and execute within tight timelines with high attention to detail Good organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong relationship builder, and, at the same time, self-motivated to work independently Written and spoken English Hunger for growth and exceeding target expectations Proficiency in using MS Office tools Need to have drivers license CapabilitiesSales management and planning ability Energy and effort level Motivation to achieve results Ability to develop relationships Ability to solve clients' problems Ability to influence the clients Hunger for growth and exceeding target expectations
