Jarrod joined the TLX Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter in November 2023. Prior to joining TLX, Jarrod held numerous roles within the Talent Acquisition /Corporate recruiting industry. He comes with 3+ years of experience recruiting within the corporate, construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Jarrod is originally from the Huntsville, Alabama area and graduated from Jacksonville State University with a bachelor’s degree in Police Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys watching College Football while heavily supporting his Auburn Tigers. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, working out at the gym, serving /mentoring for with church youth ministry.

Jarrod is a proud father to his 2-year-old “Little Nugget” Madayla. He enjoys going to Texas Roadhouse to overindulge themselves with their delicious rolls.
