We’ re currently seeking a Collections/AR Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay based on experience— especially if you’ ve worked in our industry! This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment, so we’ re looking for someone who thrives under pressure and can hit the ground running.
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256
Pay rate: $20.00/hr-$28.00/hr (depending on experience)
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable
Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Industry experience is a major plus and will be compensated accordingly
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and apply incoming payments accurately to the correct customer accounts
Regularly reconcile and balance cash receipts, resolving discrepancies as needed
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment reminders, and billing inquiries
Monitor aging accounts and initiate proactive collection efforts
Maintain up-to-date and detailed records of payments, account statuses, and all related customer communication
Generate and deliver reports on cash receipts, collections activity, and outstanding balances as requested
