Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256 Pay rate: $25.00/hr-$35.00/hr (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain commercial drain machines, jetters, cameras, and smoke machines to diagnose and clear blockages in drains and sewer lines.
Perform routine drain cleaning and maintenance for commercial properties, ensuring systems are fully functional and free of obstructions.
Conduct inspections using sewer cameras to identify issues, provide diagnostics, and recommend solutions.
Use smoke machines to locate leaks or identify defects in the system.
Work closely with clients to understand drainage issues and provide clear, professional explanations of the work being done.
Assist with the troubleshooting and maintenance of drainage systems in commercial properties.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and functioning at peak performance.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations during all work activities to maintain a safe work environment.
Accurately document work performed, including diagnostics, solutions provided, and any recommendations for further action.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure work is completed on time and according to project specifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with drain systems in a commercial setting.
Experience operating drain machines, jetters, cameras, and smoke machines.
Knowledge of drainage systems, plumbing, and commercial sewer systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address drainage issues quickly and efficiently.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, following instructions while taking initiative as needed.
Strong communication skills, both with clients and team members.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and under sometimes challenging circumstances.
Valid driver’ s license and clean driving record.
