Inside Sales/Customer Service
Job Summary
Client sells and services commercial outdoor power equipment to golf courses, sports complexes, parks departments, and other commercial/municipal sites. We are the exclusive distributor for The Toro Company. We also service other brands such as John Deere and Jacobsen.
We are currently seeking a team member for our inside sales/customer service team. We pride ourselves in building great teams with team members that possess our company's core values:

Responsibilities & Duties
* Primary point of contact for customers. (Inbound calls and walk in customers.)
* Assist customers with inquiries of new/used/rental equipment.
* Advise customers on parts orders.
* Enter and process customer orders.
* Conduct proactive calls to top customers.
* Communicate sales and marketing programs to customers.
* Achieve customer satisfaction goals.
* Participate in personal and professional development initiatives.

$20.00-$24.00 Per hour

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Must have parts experience in dealership industry. (Automotive, Heavy equipment, industrial equipment.)
  2. Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  3. Inbound call center experience preferred.
  4. Must align with company's core values to join our team.
  5. Normal business hours are Mon-Fri. 7:30-4:30

Kaitlin grew up in the Indianapolis area and has resided here ever since. She has a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, which is what really got her interested in the recruiting world.

In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her son Liam, who’s most favorite pastime is the pool on a warm day or a (not so quick) trip to Target.
