This Position will be in and Around Central Indiana and the Indianapolis area, reporting to Fishers.
Concrete Project Manger (Structural Concrete) *Resource Allocation:*Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the successful execution of structural concrete projects.
*Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure necessary resources.

*Project Execution:*Oversee all aspects of structural concrete construction, including formwork, rebar installation, concrete pouring, curing, and finishing.
*Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
*Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule.

*Quality Assurance:*Implement quality control procedures to ensure the structural integrity of concrete elements.
*Conduct inspections and quality checks at critical project phases.

*Continuous Improvement:*Stay current with industry best practices and innovations in structural concrete construction.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

*Proven experience as a Project Manager in structural concrete construction.
*Knowledge of concrete construction methods, codes, and standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * English Speaking * Minimum of Six To Eight years' experience in all phases of commercial concrete structural construction * Candidates must have transportation and good communication skills * Be willing to work within a 50 mile radius * Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions Talent Logistix is a work force business solutions provider.
