This employer is seeking an EXPERIENCED Construction Foreman in Nashville, TN to join our winning team. We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay and a full benefits package for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, some weekend workLOCATION: Nashville, TN PAY RATE: $25-$30/hr (depending on experience)
EXPERIENCE:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing.
* Overseeing all activities pertaining to water and sewer lines on site
* Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.
* Consulting project drawings to ensure that all structures and piping are accurately placed and installed.
* Delegating tasks to workers and providing overall guidance.
* Maintaining accurate records of the number of hours worked and the number of materials used for each project.
* Ensuring that formwork and shoring are erected, supported, and dismantled based on engineering designs and drawings.
* Inspecting concrete after the formwork and shoring has been removed and instructing concrete laborers on how to correct defects and concrete roughness.
* Inspecting all piping after installation to ensure proper functionality of system and instructing workers on how to correct any issues

Job Requirements

* Proven experience working as a Foreman in the private industrial municipal water and sewer markets. * Outstanding organizational and time management skills. * Excellent management and leadership skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
