TalentLogistiXis immediately seeking skilled Custom Cabinet Makers/Installers in the Indianapolis, IN area to join our winning team! We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr-$35.00/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46237
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
Custom Cabinet Maker/Installer Responsibilities:
Cabinet Construction: Build and assemble custom cabinets according to specifications and design plans.
Material Selection: Select and prepare the appropriate materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine dimensions and materials required.
Finishing Work: Apply finishes such as stains, varnishes, and paints to complete the cabinetry work.
Installation: Install completed cabinets at various job sites, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of completed cabinets, ensuring they meet company standards.
Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, project managers, and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Custom Cabinet Maker/Installer Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinet building or custom carpentry.
Skills: Proficient in the use of woodworking tools and machinery.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of cabinet construction techniques and materials.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
