TalentLogistix is immediately hiring a skilled Delivery Driver in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.

As a Delivery Driver in our client’ s organization, you will play a pivotal role in loading, transporting and unloading construction materials undamaged to multiple job sites timely and accurately.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr-$25.00/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Marion County area

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Essential Functions:
  • Adhere to daily delivery route schedule to deliver quality construction materials accurately and timely following applicable OSHA and safety standards.
  • Complete and submit monthly Driver Inspection Report via website accurately and timely.
  • Delivery and collect tools and equipment to and from project sites.
  • Notify the Warehouse Manager of the delivery and collection of tools and equipment from project sites.
  • Maintain vehicle, material handling equipment and tools in a clean and proper working condition per OSHA standards.

Travel
  • 80% daily travel required in Central Indiana.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering materials to construction sites; preferably commercial construction sites driving a flat bead truck and/or flatbed trailer.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America via E-Verify.
  • Possess and maintains a valid Indiana driver’ s license for the duration of employment.
  • Complete a pre-employment drug screen with negative results.
  • Complete a criminal background check with no felonies in the past 7 years involving violent crimes, sexual misconduct, nor crimes against children.
  • Maintaining a criminal background with no felonies involving violent crimes, sexual misconduct, nor crimes against children for the duration of employment.
  • Obtain and maintain qualifications to perform work at all customer project sites for duration of employment.
  • Complete and pass Safety Orientation Quiz on hire date.
  • Achieve and maintain material handling equipment operator certifications for the duration of employment.
