TalentLogistix is immediately hiring Skilled and Semi-Skilled Electricians in the Franklin, IN area to join our winning team! This is a Monday-Friday, 7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM (with some weekend work) opportunity with competitive weekly pay and a full benefits package for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their electrical goals.

Pay Rate: $26-$31/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Franklin, IN
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM (with some weekend work)


Job Scope: Repair and replace electrical wiring.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems.
Design and install electrical systems (lighting, control, power).
Inspect and test electrical components for safety and functionality.
Stay updated on the National Electric Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.



Qualifications/Requirements: Experience running electrical conduit and romex.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and designers.
Working knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

MUST HAVE ALL PPE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HARD HAT, WORK BOOTS, SAFETY GLASSES, GLOVES, HIGH VISIBILITY VEST AND HARNESS & LANYARD Project is a new construction build within a metal factory. The main job duties would be pulling wire and conduit. Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements: * OSHA 10- or 30-Hour Training and Safety is a plus * 2-3 years residential, commercial, or industrial electrical experience. * Experience with new builds, renovations, and historical restoration projects. * Associate degree in electrical technology preferred. * High school diploma or GED. * Driver's license.
