This employer is seeking Electricians in Lafayette, IN to join our winning team. We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay and a full benefits package for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, some weekend workLOCATION: Lafayette, IN PAY RATE: $21-$26/hr (depending on experience)
Electrical company looking for journeymen or apprentice electricians with multi-family/residential experience. Ideal Candidates must have some level of experience with:*Installing, constructing, or maintaining electrical systems in residential settings
*Installing electrical apparatuses and equipment in a residence
*Running Romex
*Working with a maximum of 240 volts
*Installing lighting fixtures, outside lighting, and closet lighting according to local code
*Installing power outlets and sockets according to local code, which may specify safety features such as tamper-resistant receptacles (TRRs)
*Installing special circuits for appliances like water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, air conditioning units, heating units, and pilot lights for gas appliances
*Installing ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCI or GFI) on breakers or outlets where water contact is common
*Installing residential safety features and ground connections
*Installing low voltage voice, data, and video (VDV) cables and other electronic components to support internet connections, land line phone connections, fax machine connections, entertainment system connections, and other VDV systems
*Low voltage systems can also include security surveillance systems (CCTV), security alarm systems, and fire alarm systems

Job Requirements

MUST HAVE ALL PPE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HARD HAT , WORK BOOTS, SAFETY GLASSES, GLOVES AND HIGH VISIBLITY VEST Candidates should have experience working in the following environments *running romex *Single family homes *Multi family units *Apartments and condos *Hotels, motels, and vacation homes *Anywhere else where the primary occupancy of the building is considered to be residential Talent Logistix is a work force business solutions provider. Jena Toney joined TalentLogisticX in November 2021 as a recruiter. Before becoming a full-time recruiter, she was an HR manager for an RV company, which helps with recruiting on the manufacturing side of TLX accounts. 

Jena, originally from Goshen IN, made her way to Indianapolis in 2009 when she attended college at the University of Indianapolis. She graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. 

Jena is a mother of one boy- Kamdyn and a dog- Simba. They enjoy being outside and going for walks. Jena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Kamdyn play all the sports, BBQs, and all the lake and pool days. 

The way to Jena’s heart is all things wine/champagne, Mexican food, and queso!
