Pay Rate: $29.00-$36.00 Location: Indianapolis, IN Work Schedule: Monday - Friday TLX is a leading provider of electrical services for the construction industry. We specialize in complex and high-tech installations, including new build clean rooms. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Installer Electrician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, with a particular emphasis on low voltage controls, in new build clean room environments. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an electrician with a strong understanding of clean room construction principles, electrical systems, and low voltage control applications. Responsibilities: Install electrical systems according to blueprints, specifications, and clean room construction standards, with a focus on low voltage control systems for lighting, HVAC, and other critical clean room equipmentConduct pre-installation inspections and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations, including those specific to low voltage control systemsInstall conduits, wires, panels, lighting fixtures, low voltage control devices, and other electrical componentsTest and verify the functionality and safety of all installed electrical systems, including low voltage control systemsPerform grounding and bonding procedures specific to clean room environmentsWork collaboratively with other trades to ensure a smooth and efficient construction processMaintain a clean and organized work area adhering to strict clean room protocolsDocument all work performed and maintain accurate records, including detailed documentation of low voltage control system installationsTroubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues, with a focus on low voltage control systemsPossess a strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies for low voltage control systems

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Journeyman Electrician license or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with experience in low voltage control systems a strong plusProven experience with clean room construction principles is essentialUnderstanding of electrical codes and regulations (NFPA 70E, etc.)Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and low voltage control applicationsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMeticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshipMust be able to work in a clean room environment and adhere to strict contamination control procedures Company Details Talent Logistix is a workforce business solutions provider.
