HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, some OT possibleLOCATION: Indianapolis, IN PAY RATE: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour+ (depending on experience)Job Description - Light Duty Equipment Mechanic Different from your typical mechanics'position. This is a great opportunity for someone that takes pride in building/fabricating/assembling high-tech equipment.We sell and services heavy duty outdoor power equipment, including construction equipment, to golf courses, sports complexes, parks departments, and other commercial/municipal sites. (Not your typical mowers seen in lawn and garden stores.) We are the exclusive distributor for The Toro Company, and we also service other brands such as John Deere and Jacobsen. All of our equipment needs to be assembled to order.Primary Job Responsibilities: Custom build and repair hi-tech equipment according to customer specifications. Each piece of equipment ranges from $40k to over $140k. Equipment includes large area mowers, golf course mowers, GPS sprayers, utility vehicles and more. Equipment includes gas, diesel, electric, and hybrid power units.
