This employer is seeking an EXPERIENCED Dump Truck Driver/Equipment Operator in Nashville, TN to join our winning team. We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay and a full benefits package for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, some weekend work
LOCATION: Nashville, TN PAY RATE: $23-$28/hr (depending on experience)
EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidate will have experience in Boom Truck, Dump Trucks, Mini Crane, Forklift, and Skidsteers in the private industrial municipal water and sewer markets. We are willing to train the right person. CDL or ability to obtain a CDL desired.
This position will not be 100% in a machine. During periods when operating is not needed, we will need help with concrete work, installing pipe & valves, setting pumps & equipment, and other heavy/civil labor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*Operate equipment in a safe manner such as a Boom truck, skid loader, forklift and dump truck etc
*Operate other various equipment for general site preparation
*Be able to communicate and work with other members of the team effectively
*Be able to stay on schedule and exhibit time management skills
*Conduct inspections on the equipment (ie. Fueling, lubricating & cleaning)

Job Requirements

*Legally eligible to work in the United States *Must have a valid driver's license-CDL or ability to get CDL is desirable *Must have prior years experience operating a Boom Truck, Dump Trucks, Forklift, and Skidsteers or similar experience and ability to operate equipment safely. *Must be able to show proficiency on equipment *Preferred prior experience in excavation & utility work *Preferred experience with reading and interpreting blueprints *Flexibility & willingness to work in multiple positions *Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week, if necessary *Willingness to work weekends and/or holidays, if necessary Talent Logistix is a work force business solutions provider.
