TalentLogistix is immediately hiring skilled Glaziers in the Indianapolis, IN area to join our winning team! This is a Monday-Friday, 7: 30 AM - 4: 30 PM (with some weekend work) opportunity with competitive weekly pay and a full benefits package for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients bring their vision to life.

Pay Rate: $27-$30/hr (depending on experience)
Location: New Castle, IN
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7: 30 AM - 4: 30 PM (with some weekend work)
Job Scope: Install glass windows, doors, mirrors, shower enclosures, and architectural features in residential and commercial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate installation.
Measure and cut glass to precise specifications.
Operate saws, drills, and other power tools safely and efficiently.
Install trim, doors, and windows with a focus on quality and detail.
Operate lifts, lulls, and forklifts to safely move materials.

Qualifications/Requirements: Experience handling and cutting glass.
Proficiency in operating saws, drills, and other power tools.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) for collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

MUST HAVE ALL PPE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HARD HAT, WORK BOOTS, SAFETY GLASSES, GLOVES, HIGH VISIBILITY VEST AND HARNESS & LANYARD The qualified candidate will:*have 4+ years glazier experience *be able to pass background check *be punctual and dependable *have all PPE (hard hat, work boots, safety glasses, gloves, high visibility vest, harness/lanyard etc.) *have reliable transportation
