Pay Rate: $25.00/hr-$30.00/hr

Location: Seymour, IN 47274

Work Schedule: 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3: 30pm2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11: 30pm3rd shift: Monday-Friday, 11pm-7: 30am

Job Scope: *As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly by diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occur
*You will prioritize safety, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiency
*Your responsibilities will include performing scheduled maintenance tasks, replacing or repairing defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors, and identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines
*You'll collaborate with team members to analyze and solve complex technical repairs, calibrate and align machinery, and document all maintenance and repairs performed
*You will spend approximately 85% of your time addressing machine calls/breakdowns and 15% performing predictive maintenance

Job Requirements

Qualifications*3 year experience in machine setup and teardown *3 year experience in conducting predictive, preventative, and troubleshooting maintenance procedures *Ability to perform with little supervision & under pressure *Strong mechanical aptitude *Electricity AC/DC (480V, 220V, 24V, etc) *Motor controls *Mechanical Repair *Welding (Basic) *Able to read electrical & mechanical drawings *Pneumatics & Hydraulics *Basic PLC troubleshooting *Willing to work different shifts Company Details Talent Logistix is a workforce business solutions provider.
