This employer is seeking EXPERIENCED Material Handlers in Indianapolis, IN to join our winning team. We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay and a full benefits package for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals. Must have forklift experience
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-3: 30pm, some weekend work
LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN
PAY RATE: $18/hr
Description: The Material Handler maintains production and distribution of product by using a fork truck to pulling orders from inventory and the receiving department; delivering materials and supplies to the production team, and staging finished product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording*Forklift and shipping experience UPS /Truck orders
*Maintains location of inventory.
*Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
*Maintains in‐ process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
* Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
* Receives credit‐ return material and supplies from production by verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock.
* Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and
*securing product.
*Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
*Maintains material‐ handling equipment by completing pre‐ use inspections; making operator
*repairs.
*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications:

Job Requirements

Requirements:Must be at least 18 years oldMust have intermediate experience driving stand-up and sit-down forkliftsMust be able to stand for long periods of time, and must be able to repeatedly twist/bend/kneel/climb/pull/reach/stretch/feel.Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.Must be able to read 8ths and 16ths on a tape measureMust be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and be able to pass E-Verify Talent Logistix is a work force business solutions provider. Jena Toney joined TalentLogisticX in November 2021 as a recruiter. Before becoming a full-time recruiter, she was an HR manager for an RV company, which helps with recruiting on the manufacturing side of TLX accounts. 

Jena, originally from Goshen IN, made her way to Indianapolis in 2009 when she attended college at the University of Indianapolis. She graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. 

Jena is a mother of one boy- Kamdyn and a dog- Simba. They enjoy being outside and going for walks. Jena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching Kamdyn play all the sports, BBQs, and all the lake and pool days. 

The way to Jena’s heart is all things wine/champagne, Mexican food, and queso!
