Talent LogistiX is seeking a Parts Associate for a local BMW Motorcycle Dealership. This position is a contract to permanent position with a stable company that offers full benefits for employees, such as health/vision/dental insurance, life insurance and PTO. This position is at BMW Motorsport dealership in Richfield, MN.

Full-Time$20-25/hour (based on experience) + commission (from parts sold)
Tues-Fri: 9am-6pm (Mandatory meeting on Tuesdays at 8: 30am)
Saturday: 9am-4pm
Off: Sun/Mon
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers all inbound Parts related calls
Cashiers customer purchases from in-store and internet sales
Ensures orders that require shipping are shipped on a timely basis
Ensures stock and special orders are placed on a timely basis
Receives orders in DMS upon delivery and ensures customers are notified when special orders arrive and ensures stock parts are placed into appropriate inventory bin locations
Ensures parts required by service are ordered or pulled from stock on a timely basis
Maintains a clean and organized parts storage area
Ensures products are displayed in an attractive manner and maintains the displays daily
Using the DMS and the OEM Dealer Portal processes warranty claims when completed by technicians on a timely basis
Follows up to ensure warranty claims are paid as expected
Communicates with OEM warranty staff to ensure warranties are paid
Establishes Pricing to ensure store target margins are met
Assists when needed in other departments in the dealership
Provides ongoing inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory records
Greet customers and determine needs
Advise customers of order status at all times
Perform all other duties as assigned

*Possess excellent organization skills
*Ability to help other areas and be a team player to contribute to the overall goal
*Ability to read and follow written instructions
*Strong verbal communication skills
*Customer Service oriented
*Basic computer and data entry skills required
*Ability to establish credibility quickly.
*Must be decisive and able to recognize and support the organization's goals and priorities.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE *Minimum High School Diploma or GED *Minimum Two years' experience in parts, preferably in a powersports dealership High level of aptitude in mathematics Passionate about the Powersports Industry Motorcycle Driver's License required Strong Customer Service Skills Knowledgeable about parts, accessories, and apparel for BMW and Ducati motorcycles Committed to providing an outstanding customer experience *Must be detail oriented, organized, precise *Inventory experience - will earn commission on parts sold Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, verification of social security number, and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
