Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46226
Hours: Monday-Friday 7: 00am-3: 00pm (some OT may be required)
Plumber Responsibilities:
Install water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, fixtures, and appliances in modular home units during the factory build and on-site setup.
Interpret plumbing blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Pressure test plumbing systems and check for leaks or defects before shipment or installation.
Install plumbing-related appliances such as water heaters, faucets, tubs, and toilets.
Plumber Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience; modular or manufactured home experience preferred.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Skilled with plumbing tools and equipment, including pipe threaders, torches, and pressure testing tools.
