Pay Rate: $85, 000-$95, 000 + bonus potential
Location: Plainfield, IN 46168
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Scope:
Company growth projects: Lead the execution of expansion projects, including new warehouse facilities, warehouse upgrades, and vital infrastructure improvements.
Facility upgrades: Evaluate existing facilities and recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance efficiency, safety, and capacity.
Capital budget management: Develop detailed project budgets, considering costs for equipment, infrastructure, and technology.
Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
Stakeholder communication: Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to senior management via in-person and teleconference meetings.
Risk management: Monitor external factors (market trends, regulatory changes) that may impact project outcomes.
Project documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements, including but not limited to; NFPA, OSHA, and local building codes.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred, not required.
Autodesk AutoCAD Experience Preferred
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
