Job Description

We are looking for a Skilled Trades Account Executive to join our team and lead the SALES effort with our assigned client accounts and bring on new accounts to grow the business in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.
If you are energetic, goal-driven and a hunter for new business, with excellent communication skills, this role is for you. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter dedicated to significant sales growth with emphasis on developing new business via their utilization of skills to consultatively sell both over the phone and face to face.

Job Requirements

Core Responsibilities: This position will report to the Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for sales with new corporate entities. This position will identify new potential customers that fit the company profile, engage decision makers, and then close sales with Talent Logistix as the approved Workforce Business Solutions partner. Identify targets through cold calling, prospect lists and outbound e-marketing and follow up on incoming leads. Engage prospects via phone, in person and through periodic association events. Navigate through corporate entities with the goal of reaching decision makers. Listen to the need and then provide the solution to meet that need. Consultatively sell to build strong relationships. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through account management responsibilities. Consistently build the sales pipeline to meet revenue and profit objectives. Develop territory sales plans to meet KPI's and corporate goals. Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings. Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements:Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects. Collaborate with clients to determine service requirements and develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives. Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success. Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings. Monitor and manage project performance. Oversee the development of new client relationships. Ensure client satisfaction and retention. SkillsExperience using customer relationship management (CMS) software. Competency using Microsoft Office Suite. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience as an Account Representative or other sales roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Mark is our Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Prior to joining TLX, he was a customer utilizing TLX to staff his security business. Mark has held various Operational , Sales and Marketing senior leadership. Previous roles included President of ITECH DIGITAL, VP of Field Services at Defender,  VP of Sales and Marketing of IQ Invision and 22 years at Best Access System finishing his career there as VP of Electronic Security and Sales.

Mark is married 43 years to Becky and has 2 daughters and 7 grandkids. 

He lives in the Indianapolis area since 1995. Mark loves to hunt and fish and enjoys stocking his 400+ bottle wine cellar.
