Talent LogistiX is seeking a Sales person for a local BMW Motorcycle Dealership. This position is a contract to permanent position with a stable company that offers full benefits for employees, such as health/vision/dental insurance, life insurance and PTO. This position is at BMW Motorsport dealership in Richfield, MN.

Full-Time$19-22/hour (based on experience) + commission
Tues-Fri: 9am-6pm (Mandatory meeting on Tuesdays at 8: 30am)
Saturday: 9am-4pm
Off: Sun/Mon

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist guests and provide a great experience and customer service

Help customers with finding and purchasing the motorcycle and accessories that fits their needs

Ensure all gear, accessories, and motorcycles are properly displayed

Provide customers with information about our wide range of products

Other duties as assigned

*Consistent implementation of the Tom Wood Powersports Sales Process

*Complete product knowledge training and maintain current certification for all Powersports products and accessories

*Optimize the customer experience by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of Powersports products and delivering an efficient sales process

*Follow up and maintain consistent contact with customers throughout the ownership cycle

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required Familiarity with motorcycle and powersports accessories, and personal protection items Must be a powersports enthusiast! Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and professionalism Valid motorcycle & driver license with good driving record LIGHTSPEED computer program experience is a plus Critical thinker with problem-solving and research skills Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Ability to work on weekends Knowledge of Powersports combined with sales experience H.S. Diploma or equivalent required Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, verification of social security number, and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
