Pay Rate: $120, 000.00-$150, 000.00. Location: Fishers, Indiana 46038 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Scope: *Ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and standards align with corporate guidelines.
*Communicate effectively with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.
*Provide complete, accurate, and competitive cost of construction scopes
*Identify and coordinate constructability and budget concerns with stakeholders.
*Effectively and thoroughly understand project-specific design requirements and criteria by associating an accurate value to each element within a specific time frame.
*Must have a strong negotiation acumen.
*Maintain a directory of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
*Develop and maintain sound relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
*Solicit Subcontractor and supplier/vendor quotes as necessary and analyze them for quantity and specification compliance.
*Determine key variables for each project that can adversely affect cost and schedule, inclusive of value engineering options.
*Identify, understand, and mitigate potential risks for each project and/or bid package(s).
*Prepare estimates and different levels of completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD, etc.)
*Stay up to date on new technologies and construction methods.
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing time-sensitive issues.
