Congratulations in pursuing your next career opportunity! Talent Logistix (TLX) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Team to support future growth of the company. If you are looking for a new place to call home, we would love to talk to you. We are looking for someone that has experience with making a high volume number of phone calls, someone that is comfortable talking on the phone to perspective candidates and someone who is open to learning about Sourcing and identifying candidates for different positions.

Here at TLX, we are open to training someone without sourcing experience. If you have customer service experience that includes high volume phone calls and the desire to learn something new - we want to talk to you!
As an essential contributor to our high-performing team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for the following job tasks:
Responsibilities: *Effectively source new talent leads by using Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Linked In, etc. And share leads with Recruiters.
*Research and recommend strategies to attract qualified candidates for all company positions including hard-to-fill positions.
*Produce e-mail & text campaigns.
*High volume of phone calls to candidates.
*Collaborate with teammates to seamlessly deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: *Minimum one (1) year as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Sourcer, or similar role. *HS diploma or equivalent required. *Previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume, or complex environment required. *Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success *Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external customers *Responsiveness and sense of urgency Why join the Talent Logistix team? Drew Anderson
Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Drew is our Vice President of Talent Acquisition.  He leads the team of sourcers and recruiters.  Prior to joining TLX, Drew has held numerous leadership roles within Recruiting, Staffing and Talent Acquisition across various industries including manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, and engineering.

 

Drew is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and a former athlete. Currently, he is an avid basketball fan, fitness enthusiast and aspiring personal trainer.

 

Drew is the proud father of his 13-year-old son Shawn, and now serves as a youth coach and mentor for young athletes within the Hamilton County community where he and Shawn reside.
