WE' RE GROWING! TLX is currently looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our awesome Talent Acquisition team! Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you would use your sourcing and engagement skills to build pipelines of exceptional talent that will satisfy the tremendous growth within our business. You will also be an ambassador for TLX, advocating for our employer brand and driving brand awareness within various markets. As an essential contributor to our high-performing team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for the following job tasks: Responsibilities: *Effectively source new talent leads by using Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, etc.
*Research and recommend strategies to attract qualified candidates for all company positions including hard-to-fill positions.
*Produce e-mail & text campaigns.
*High volume of phone calls to candidates.
*Collaborate with teammates to seamlessly deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.
*Demonstrate a strong understanding of market trends and maintain a strong talent pool that will meet our clients future hiring needs
Identify opportunities for process improvements within Talent Sourcing functional area

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: *Minimum two (2) year as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Sourcer, or similar role. Demonstrated experience with the successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies and tools (i.e. internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, research, etc.) Applicant tracking system and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) system experience Ability to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills *Previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume, or complex environment required *Responsiveness and sense of urgency Why join the Talent Logistix team? Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Drew is our Vice President of Talent Acquisition.  He leads the team of sourcers and recruiters.  Prior to joining TLX, Drew has held numerous leadership roles within Recruiting, Staffing and Talent Acquisition across various industries including manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, and engineering.


Drew is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and a former athlete. Currently, he is an avid basketball fan, fitness enthusiast and aspiring personal trainer.


Drew is the proud father of his 13-year-old son Shawn, and now serves as a youth coach and mentor for young athletes within the Hamilton County community where he and Shawn reside.
