Talent Logistix is seeking a shift supervisor or a local quality inspection company. This position is a long term position with a stable company that offers full benefits for employees, such as health/vision/dental insurance, life insurance and PTO. They pride themselves on developing talent within and consistently promote team leads and supervisors from quality inspection roles.

Supervisor Job Summary
Project Supervisors travel to the facility where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts
are being stored to supervise our teams. Responsible for the set up, managing customer deliverables,
team member expectations and general supervision.
Ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees.
Create an atmosphere where the individuals are recognized and fosters an environment for employee growth. Work together with their teams and customers to solve problems, meet deadlines, and complete projects.

HOURS: Sun-Wed 8pm-6am (B Shift) overtime on Friday/Saturday when needed. Must work (1st and 2nd) or (2nd and 3rd)

LOCATION: Freemont, OH

PAY RATE: $17.00-hr (With pay increase upon conversion)

Supervisor Job Responsibilities & DutiesResponsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according to
standards and requirements, including safety.
Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
Manage customer relationships
Completes required training classes
Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
